• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

• Product must not be damaged or altered

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal care items, innerwear, customized products

• Clearance sale or final sale items

💸 Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders).

📦 Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
